Born and raised in a small town in Iceland. Natalia brings a powerful mix of athletic grit and creative soul to the gym floor. Growing up, she played multiple sports before fully committing to football for over 10 years, eventually transitioning into Crossfit, running and being a hybrid athlete. With a degree in acting and love for creativity – whether that’s acting, painting or expressing herself in new ways – Natalia believes training is about more than just the physical.
She’s passionate about helping people become stronger both physically and mentally, knowing that confidence built in the gym carries over into every other area of life. Her coaching style is firm but caring, pushing members to challenge themselves while always feeling supported and safe. Natalia’s goal is to push people to believe that anything is possible for them.
What’s your favorite workout?
I love almost all movements but if I have to choose then I’d say a 30min chipper with double unders, running, toes to bar and heavy snatches sounds like love.
Why did you choose to work at The Grind?
The people. Energy is contagious and we become who we surround ourselves with. Being part of a team that’s kind, smart and genuinely motivating is crucial to me. My work needs to feel meaningful and The Grind delivers that.
What’s your favorite film?
She’s the man – best movie ever. And honestly, all the Harry Potter movies too.
