Dubai baby through and through, Coach Nadia is all about good vibes, good lifts, and feeling good while doing it. With a background in psychology, she’s big on building a positive mindset and helping members create a healthy, sustainable relationship with fitness and food – no extremes here. You’ll always catch her keeping a close eye on form and technique, making sure you’re lifting safely and moving well. Her goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and judgement-free space where everyone at The Grind feels supported, confident, and excited to train.
What’s your favourite workout?
Anything with cleans and snatches! Give me a barbell and some cycling and I’m happy – bonus points if it’s a spicy WOD.
Why did you choose to work at The Grind?
The Grind felt different straight away. This is a team that genuinely loves fitness and truly cares about helping people become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves. The energy is unreal, the people are special, and I knew instantly I wanted to be part of it.
What’s your favourite film?
The original 1988 Beetlejuice, no contest. I’ve probably watched it 200 times and somehow it never gets old.
