WHAT WE DO

Our coached group training is built around a structured weekly programme and long-term training cycles designed to deliver consistent results. Each session combines strength, conditioning, and hybrid training in a purposeful way, ensuring every element works together to support steady progress rather than random workouts.

HOW WE TRAIN

Training at The Grind is built around two dedicated zones, each designed to develop different aspects of performance. Every session is structured, purposeful, and repeatable — helping you build strength, conditioning, and real-world capacity in a balanced way.

The Rig

Barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and controlled progressions are used to build strong foundations — improving movement quality, force production, and long-term durability.

The Turf

Sleds, carries, ergs, running, and functional movement under fatigue are used to develop aerobic fitness, work capacity, and mental toughness.

THE TRAINING CYCLE

Progress is built through a structured 8-week cycle, with each phase playing a specific role to help you train hard, recover properly, and continue improving over time.
